Carmen Biel and Lars Kilian

Carmen Biel is a qualified pedagogue with a focus on adult education, has been working as a research associate at the German Institute for Adult Education – Leibniz Center for Lifelong Learning e.V. (DIE, www.die-bonn.de) since 2015. She works as a project manager for innovative projects for the digitally supported professionalisation of teachers in adult and further education.

Lars Kilian is a Ph.D. in education with a focus on adult education and educational planning, has been a research associate at the German Institute for Adult Education – Leibniz Center for Lifelong Learning (DIE, www.die-bonn.de) since 2019.www.die-bonn.de) since 2019. At the Institute, he serves as Editor-in-Chief for the web portal (www.wb-web.de).
