Kirsten Møller is research coordinator of the European Research Network: EDI-Europe, Aarhus University, Denmark and Director of Eurodialog Aps, a small consulting company in Copenhagen, Denmark. Her research and professional activities focus on innovation policies and innovative work behaviour and role of institutional systems in supporting innovative work behavior -especially the role of Social dialogue/Industrial Relations and knowledge institutions. Kirsten Møller is co-editor of this issue of LLinE.
