Irene Lobo Moltó is a Spanish Economist with a Magister with specialization in Gender and Development. She’s got more than 10 years of experience as a development practitioner working for bilateral agencies, international NGOs and social movements in the Arab Region, Latin America and Europe. She joined ICAE’s Secretariat’s team a year and a half ago and offers global support to ICAE’s advocacy, communication and networking activities on the right to lifelong learning (LLL) and education and post-2015 Development Agenda.
