Kirsten Paaby, senior advisor at the Ideas Bank, Norway. Kirsten has 28 years of experience with methods in democratic dialogues in development and action research work in the sector of civic formation and lifelong learning. She holds a Master of Arts in Nordic Literature and drama. For 10 years she has been working in Norwegian municipalities with children’s’ welfare and cross-sectoral work. Since 2001 she has been working in the Ideas Bank. One of her main tasks has been education for sustainable development with a focus on community development and social innovation. She is responsible for the professional development for the pilot model in this article.
