The Spanish training system: a qualitative analysis

Berta Espona Barcons is B.A. in Pedagogy (UAB) and has a Social Policy, Employment and Welfare master's degree (former Master on Applied Sociology Research – UAB). She currently works as research technician in Autonomous University of Barcelona, Department of Applied Pedagogy, as project manager of the SIRIUS European policy network. She has experience in the field of spare time education, as monitor, coordinator and trainer. She worked as research technician, at the Department of Systematic and Social Pedagogy at the Autonomus University of Barcelona, in projects related to the evaluation of continuous training. She has training and experience also in cooperation projects and interculturality.
