Karla Villaseñor is a Doctor in Education from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Spain. She is part of the Interdisciplinary Group on Educational Policy (GIPE, Spain) in which she has participated in R&D projects. She has a Masters degree in Education Research from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a BA in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP), Mexico. Currently, she is a professor and researcher at the College of Educational Processes in the Faculty of Philosophy and Literature of the BUAP and she belongs to the National Research System of CONACYT, Mexico. Her research interests include education policy, early childhood and social pedagogy.
