Graciela Sbertoli

is currently the Secretary General of the European Basic Skills Network, EBSN, which she founded in 2010. Until her retirement from Skills Norway in 2017 she represented Norway as National Coordinator for Adult Learning. She was Director of R&D at the Norwegian State Centre for Adult Education (1995-2001). She represented Norway in the EU’s Grundtvig Working Group (2001-2005) and in the Focus Groups for the Action Plan for Adult Learning (2009-2011), and she led the Norwegian NSS for EPALE from 2015 to 2017.
